Hi Oliver,

There is a fix in the latest release of Mahara, Mahara 23.04 and in the
minor releases that accompanied this release. See bug #1972912. The
patch is still available at https://reviews.mahara.org/c/mahara/+/13121
and only had a minor modification to it that was released. Please give
this patch a go and see if that resolves your problem.

  The Fix from this Bug works, if the URL contains the ID, but not if
  the Slug-URL is used.

  examples:
  https://our.mahara.url.com/user/e-anyname-inf20/social-media-web-app-mit-react --> does NOT work
  https://our.mahara.url.com/view/view.php?id=30495 --> Works (after applying the fix)

  I suppose, the first URL has been send by an apprentice to the
  Teacher, while the second URL is from the Group-Dashboard.
