Hi Daniel,

The packages for release of MariaDB 5.2.5 are ready.

The main changes I know of are the same changes as in the  MariaDB 5.1.55
release: merges of MySQL 5.1.55 and of XtraDB from Percona Server
5.1.54-12.5.

This version was released off the main "5.2" branch:

    lp:maria/5.2

I added the mariadb-5.2.5 tag.

The Buildbot build number, for locating packages in /archive/pack, is 829.

As for the 5.1.55 release, I prepared apt repositories and signed .rpm files.

The repositories are here:
