Hi Everyone,

Last week,

1.Migrated the code from MySQLPreparedStatement to
MySQLServerSidePreparedStatement.
2.Removed duplicate code in classes like IntParameter, DoubleParameter,
LongParameter and used methods of class ParameterWriter(provides utility
methods) in the above classes.
3.Did the analysis of TextProtocol Resultset has been implemented in
connector code and find a way on how to write for Binary Protocol Resultset.
4.Fixed the new_params_bound_flag issue.
5.Code review with Massimo.

This week,
1.Code review with Massimo
2.Complete the coding for Binary Protocol Resultset.
3.Write code for allowMultiQueries, Batchstatements.
