 Sergei, we already solved 10.0 debs build failure on PPC64. The problem
 was that libjudydebian1 package has broken symlink to libJudy.so.

 5.5 debs fail to build because oqgraph doesn't like Boost.

we usually solve this Boost problem by installing Boost of the supported
version somewhere in /usr/local in our build VM.
