Hello.

My name is Fangshuo Jiang. I am a first-year master student of computer
technology, in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. I
would like to write a prososal and work on MDEV-12296:Cassandra Storage
Engine V2. I was an intern at Tencent Company as a C++ back-end
development engineer. I am familiar with C++ network programming, with
some C++ projects holding on my GitHub.
