The main reason for this is that we have some stability problems with
our windows build hosts, which makes it hard for us to produce and
test binaries on them.

We hope to fix soon employ an windows expert to be in charge of the
windows platform, after which we hope to get the above fixed.

This person will also be in charge of creating a MariaDB installer for
windows.

Sorry for the inconvenience;  We regard Windows to be an important
platform, and hope to get this fixed soon!
