I will endeavour to answer this
It looks like something has taken out some of your mysql tables. Did you
run a yum update and update the version of MySQL? is there something that
could have run the mysql folder it is referring to, probably
/var/lib/mysql/mysql. Did your database get copied there for anotehr server
that ran an older version of the MySQL software?

You can run the mysql_upgrade script as recommended to fix this mysql
database tables
