MariaDB 5.1.61 and 5.2.11 releases

I've uploaded the packages for MariaDB 5.1.61 and 5.2.11 to the primary
mirror. I've also created initial Release Notes and Changelog pages for
the releases.

MariaDB 5.1.61:

MariaDB 5.2.11:

Please let me know ASAP about anything which should be mentioned in the

My current plan is to activate the releases on Monday morning (US
Eastern time).
