Synchronous filesytem writes unders UML

I don't know whether Saverio also speaks French, so I'm writing in
English and Cc'ing the list :-).

Franck provided a very interesting hint here (thanks Franck):
https://answers.launchpad.net/marionnet/+question/148329

If I understood well, guest filesystem writes are synchronous with the
default UML kernel we are currently distributing, but newer kernels
somewhere under http://www.marionnet.org/downloads/ perform better --
hence, I deduce, they do asynchronous writings.

Saverio, can you try again your apt-get update with another UML kernel?
You just have to install it under /usr/local/share/marionnet/kernels/
with a file name starting with "linux-". Write us if you need
directions; I think your problem is potentially interesting for a lot of
people.

Thanks and have a nice weekend,
