  Fixed bug 1085461 about the installation of ocamlbricks into a custom directory (as debian/tmp).  Now the file CONFIGME must contain the definition of two distinct variables: `ocaml_libraryprefix' and `libraryprefix'. The former is simply the location of the standard Ocaml libraries required to compile and link the project (by default ocaml_libraryprefix=$(ocamlc -where)). The latter is, as before, the installation prefix for the OCaml libraries built by the project (by default libraryprefix=${ocaml_libraryprefix}, but for debian packaging should be debian/tmp).
