As discussed with Per, the modified xine_engine fixes the issue.  I've
asked him to raise his request as a blueprint so that we can implement
it in 0.6.  There's no easy way of doing this in 0.5.  In the meantime,
I've agreed to reset the dual language setting to "disabled" when the
channel changes.

Bug description:
Running 329 on i686. Dual language selection from left or right channel only works once. It is possible to swich between languages from left and right channel, but the audio language selection can not be reactivated later. After disabling and then re-enable dual language, or switching to an other channel and back it plays both channels. The only way to re-enable language selection (mono) is by restarting me-tv.

When me-tv fails to set language selection it reports:
