Language-selection no longer stops working with the updated
xine_engine.cc.

What remains is to keep track of language-selection across channel
changes. Both the choice of audio stream and left-right audio-channel
should be stored per dvb-channel as only a few of the available channels
are multi-language. As is, me-tv is inconsistent. The choice of
left/right channel in the menu appear static across all channels but
when zapping the next channel is always initiated in stereo-mode. When
zapping back to a multi-language channel one also has to de/re-activate
the chosen channel in the menu as direct selection of the already
activated channel in the GUI does not trigger an action in the
application.

Bug description:
Running 329 on i686. Dual language selection from left or right channel only works once. It is possible to swich between languages from left and right channel, but the audio language selection can not be reactivated later. After disabling and then re-enable dual language, or switching to an other channel and back it plays both channels. The only way to re-enable language selection (mono) is by restarting me-tv.

When me-tv fails to set language selection it reports:
