Public bug reported:

When the antenna is removed during runtime the picture stands still and
UI is still usable. However, when trying to switch to another channel,
the UI gets locked completely. Nothing can be done anymore except for
killing the app (or plugging in the antenna again).

Attached you find the output to stderr and a backtrace from gdb.
