This is simply a Lucid version of:

Wishlist: create ffmpeg with aac/libfaac support for Karmic

A libavcodec-extra-52 package for Lucid with libfaac (and perhaps libamr
enabled) would fill a disruptive gap left open by the Ubuntu repo
version of libavcodec-extra-52 and would make things much easier for
general users.
