You can remove the broken file:
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list

And then you can rerun the command above again. Be sure to use the exact
one given on the wiki page, especiallt for the wget options: -O (capital
letter) has a completely different meaning of -o (lowercase letter).
