Message #01382
[Bug 692060] [NEW] apt-get update error for Lucid
Public bug reported:
When both Medibuntu and 3rd Party (archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/partner)
repositories are present in sources.list files, apt-get fails. Apt-get
update is successful if Medibuntu is present by itself, or
archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/partner is present by itself, but not if
they are both present together.
Probably not a Medibuntu bug, but related to how sources.list is parsed?
Caused me a great deal of confusion, until I just included the
repository for the specific package that I wanted and switched between
repos as necessary.
Output from "apt-get update" follows with both repositories present in sources.list
