:D it was 8:30 AM when i fixed it and sent the email laying in bed writing
with the laptop touchpad with the on screen keyboard xD lol man using vi to
edit files is a pain with touchpad ...

the issue was simply in the installation scripts on the ISO so what i did
is using the ubuntu iso i just changed the squashfs files (aka changed the
system image only) and used all the default iso boot/installation
scripts... so it needs cleanup :P

yes these fixes can be IN the Pre Alpha ISO i just need to do some cleanup
first
i don't have a clean ISO right now i will do it today hopefully
