Hi iRQ Linux Team,
Just wanted to let you know that from an ethical more than a legal point of
view, changing the colours of the Ubuntu logo is not permitted or making
derivative work of it (i.e. this is brand and it's copyrighted). The only
reason I care about this, is that your great work will get recognized some
day on the web as a open source entity that made a wonderful OS and it's
logo may bring problems to you later.
I'm sure there are a lot of talents within you guys, while creating a logo
itself may take more time as it is a creative job it would be great to
consider all aspects and all circumstances to establish a good base for the
future prospects.
