I was reading at:
https://design.ubuntu.com/brand/ubuntu-logo
It did not state that altering or changing the 'CoF' is 'not allowed'
unless I'm missing something?
Ubuntu Logo is NOT just the CoF but as the above link states, it is more
than that.
These are the designs:

Design No. 1 and Design No. 3 might be similar but a bit far if you ask me.
Others might be closer.

Your true and honest advice is highly appreciated. I admit that as a
founder, I have not looked at that aspect because of many reasons but this
is not an excuse by any chance.
Most likely, I will either contact Mark himself or someone else from Ubuntu
Team and double check with them. I am not a graphic designers and sadly,
the volunteers we have right now are not aware of that.
Yes, creativity and talent might both be available but we are having hard
time. Since June until now, only very very few people are working on the
project. We had more than 50. Now, we have less than 5 who are truly
working on the project. Not to mention, 99.9% of the audience still can NOT
understand what is a volunteer work to begin with. I am having hard time
myself to make them understand but so far, only very few who really
understand what IRQLinux is all about. It is 100% based on volunteers and
NONE OF US including me work on the project on FULL-TIME or PAID basis.
