Okay.  The conversions were pretty painless and they don't look too bad.
I am sure that many of you have talents that can put some real life into
them though.  :)  Remember that you can get the whole set by installing
BZR and issuing bzr branch lp:mlhim-specs 

Well, everything except the EMF branch that is still being worked on a
bit.  

OR if you prefer there is a brand new MLHIM-2.0.zip file that contains
the PDFs of all of the foundational documents as well as the
specifications.  Big green button on the right

If you REALLY want to help but don't have much time put into editing
etc.  Then get the release archive, unzip it and start reading.  As you
encounter things that are not clearly written, bad grammar or are just
plain wrong, etc.  then enter a bug report on Launchpad.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/mlhim-specs try to include as much info as
possible and someone will fix it up.  This is for the specifications and
the other documents as well.
