Hi All,

I have committed a great deal of cleanup to the specifications
document and to the CDD.

There is still some text I want to add to the OSHIP section and we are
also waiting for Sergio's comments/changes to the demographic package.

However, it would be very helpful to have someone read the document
looking for typos or things that just do make sense to you.  If you
would like to help edit the document then please send a join request
for the specifications developers team:
