Dear Luciana,
I have put the newest template in your Dropbox folder.  Also, I will
not touch the MLHIM manual until after you finish changes to the
template.  This way, you can feel free to correct/reconcile anything
between the two.

Anyone else with any last minute changes; speak now or wait and file
bug reports against 2.4.0 because 2.3.0 will be final at 2012-08-01
