Hi all,


Just to keep it hot and not let it lost somewhere.
There are two changes in OS/Gerrit directly affecting monasca as it is now:


  *   https://review.openstack.org/#/c/420579/
  *   https://review.openstack.org/#/c/404878/

It is yet again about bumping up python-kafka but now they've added removing monasca-common and monasca-statsd.

I am not all that familiar with that topic, I recall Witek and Joe might be, so maybe guys you could give your comments in there.
Apparently we (monasca) are though as some sort of blocker to OpenStack community :/
