Hi,

Is there a way to avoid that clients rule the QoS level?
For instance if subscribers or publishers set QoS=2 and I don't want to
provide that quality of service since it consumes more resources can the
broker be configured for limiting this?

And regarding the delivery of the same message for multiple subscribers
(broadcast) how is achieved using Mosquitto?
