Re: Mosquitto v1.2.3 broker on a local network

 

Thank you sir!

Firewall was blocking mqtt traffic (shame on me!), Windows 7 and 8 has
Windows Firewall for Private and Public networks.
Simply had to add a new inbound rule on port 1883 in the Windows Firewall
for my private network.

You've made a powerful client, it works great, will be exploring it and
learning from it.
