i think the Compose New Message button is quite disputable, perhaps we don't need it at all in there, or it should be generic for chat/mail/broadcast.
Contacts will soon be revamped, so that should absolutely not be associated with Evolution or eMail. Contacts is a global thing, not an eMail thing.
I think we all have to rethink the position and effect of that button carefully..
