[Bug 327042] [NEW] Preferences "Close" button is non-standard

Public bug reported:

Preferences 'Close' button is not the standard os-provided bytton -
instead it's a our own with no icon and closes in the 'pressed' signal
instead of 'released'.

A fix for this would be to use the QButtonBox - and just use the 'Close'
button from that. It would automatically choose the proper system icon
and work off the 'released' signal.

** Affects: mudlet

** Changed in: mudlet
