Public bug reported:

Since on small displays or narrow windows the button-area will be
wrapped to a drop-down area the buttons there should be sorted by
priority.

"stop all triggers" should move further to the left, since it should be
easily accessible

"manual" and "notepad" can probably be moved to the right.
