[Bug 352206] [NEW] terminal width includes button space

recent beta 8:
It seems to me that the terminal-width is the width the window *would
be* if there where no action buttons.
So with defined action buttons the width is not the correct value.
Can this be? Maybe this is also a timing problem and the telnet width is
calculated and sent bevore the buttons are loaded. I'm just guessing.
btw: in Avalon you can re-request the terminal width/height by typing:
"terminal naws" if you need this to test this issue.
