I created an alias to execute a bit of script code. I tested the matches
by simply echo'ing them. I wanted to change the script slightly, but
editing, saving, and activating didn't change the alias. I had to edit,
save, activate, and then switch to a different alias on the tree view to
get my alias to have the check mark (and to actually do what I wanted
when I typed it on the command line). So, it seems to not only be a tree
refresh issue but a settings issue with the alias itself not being
updated properly when activated again.
