[Bug 851878] Re: cechoLink, dechoLink, and hechoLink not accepting the true/false argument
Just tested - This affects the insertLink functions worse than the
echoLink functions - it's impossible to insert a link with the boolean
argument, as it will simply not insert the text when given the bool.
This is, possibly, because the first argument of a window name is not
accepted by the insertLink functions.

Bug description:
dechoLink("<255,0,0>HI THERE!",[[code=1]],"Popup",false) does not work
- It still underlines the text, which it should not be doing. There is
no way around this, and this is the same for cechoLink and hechoLink.
I've not tested the dinsertLink, cinsertLink, hinsertLink, but I
assume these have the same problem, if they insert at all!
