Public bug reported:

dechoLink("<255,0,0>HI THERE!",[[code=1]],"Popup",false) does not work -
It still underlines the text, which it should not be doing. There is no
way around this, and this is the same for cechoLink and hechoLink.

I've not tested the dinsertLink, cinsertLink, hinsertLink, but I assume
these have the same problem, if they insert at all!
