Can we make it bigger? links don't take more memory than lines, do they? The
current limit in practice is too short.

  Old tooltips start getting the wrong text

Bug description:
  When you have a link with a tooltip in the buffer for a while, it
  eventually starts getting the wrong tooltips displayed for them.
  Here's for example an echo that after a while started displaying a
  tooltip from a completely different link.
