[Bug 916313] [NEW] Doesnt send first line with TinyMush or PennMush

Public bug reported:

Version: Mudlet 2.0-test4 (Although other versions are affected as I had this problem last year as well, but didn't file a report)
OS: Windows 7 64-bit (Last year I was using Windows XP 32-bit)

When connecting to MUSHes (I have tested with PennMush and TinyMush) the
first line Mudlet sends is blank or otherwise unparsable by the MUSH.
As an example, consider the following quote from a fresh copy of
PennMush when connecting to it with Mudlet.

=====================================

    <This is where you announce that they've connected to your MUSH>
    <It's a good idea to include the version/patchlevel of MUSH you're running>
    <It's a good idea to include an email address for questions about the MUSH>
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Use create <name> <password> to create a character.
    Use connect <name> <password> to connect to your existing character.
    Use 'ch <name> <pass>' to connect hidden, and cd to connect DARK (admin)
    Use QUIT to logout.
    Use the WHO command to find out who is online currently.

=====================================

As you can see, the first attempt to login results in the Mush re-
outputting the login screen again.

This issue occurs when I use Telnet to connect as well, but does not
occur when I use cMUD. If this turns out to be an issue with PennMush,
I will report it to them as well.

** Affects: mudlet
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
