We need high-resolution versions of the Oxygen icons we use, plus any
other non-Oxygen icons.

Things to do here:
a) find out how store high-res and low-res icons best
b) find out what resolution icons should be
c) obtain icons for everything
d) implement icons, so Mudlet on a Retina screen looks fine, and Mudlet on a normal screen looks fine
