[Bug 542430] [NEW] libmythtv-perl must install to "vendor" directories

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libmythtv-perl

It's wrong to install the libmythtv-perl files to the Perl "site"
directories (which is the default) as that means it's bound to the
release of Perl that the Perl bindings were built from. Instead, they
should go in the Perl "vendor" directories. This is also reported as an
error by lintian.

Please see bug report and latest patch in upstream bug
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/8149.

** Affects: mythtv (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
