So this has switched over to lirc_zilog.  lirc_zilog will be coming in
the next lirc version, and provide any functionality that lirc_pvr150
did before.

The lirc module for Haupauge PVR150 is missing in Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala.
Atm there is no support vor the PVR150 IR Remote controll and the PVR150 IR transmitter.
