[Bug 675279] [NEW] jamu should be in mythtv-backend

Public bug reported:

Currently jamu is in the mythvideo package. After discussing with the
developer of Jamu, it should really be in the mythtv-backend package as
it isn't needed for frontend only installs, and requires the backend. It
does require the python bindings, but those should exist in mythtv-
common. Discussion below

<RDV_Linux_> tgm4883: If the python bindings are installed with the BE package then it could be in a BE package. At one time the tmdb and ttvdb python libraries were only with MythVideo. Now thet are in the bindings. Technically Jamu can now be moved to contrib like Mirbridge is.
<tgm4883> [R], RDV_Linux_, ok 2 questions, so does it make sense to have it on a frontend only install. Does it make sense to have a backend install without it?
<RDV_Linux_> tgm4883: No it does not make sense for a FE only install. I would add it to any BE install.
