[Bug 685275] [NEW] mythbuntu-log-grabber sends too much data to pastebin

Public bug reported:

Mythbuntu-log-grabber gathers complete logs and sends them to pastebin.
With systems that have been up a long time or systems with large log
files, this can contain a great deal of data. There is a limit, although
size is unknown that pastebin will take (assumed 1MB).

A fix for this is to grab the last 1000 lines of log files rather than
the complete log file. There is no need to gather more than that (that
is actually more than we would likely want anyway, but should be
sufficient enough to gather what log entries for a majority of cases and
still be under the limit)
