[Bug 707903] [NEW] Example series name overrides enabled by default in jamu.conf

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mythplugins

It appears as if ~/.mythtv/jamu.conf is created automatically based upon
jamu-example.conf during installation (I never created it). Within the
jamu.conf file is the '[series_name_override]' which is enabled by
default when they are only supplied as examples. This causes errors
since it is US centric with overrides between Schedule Direct vs
thetvdb.com.

The problem I had was with recordings of "Life on Mars" been overridden
with the US versions series id, even though I had followed the naming
convention for the series to be found and parsed.

The solution would be to simply turn the whole section into comments, or
remove it and point users at /usr/share/mythtv/mythvideo/scripts/jamu-
example.conf or at a page on the website (this maybe a good idea since
people can provided multiple examples)

** Affects: mythplugins (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
