[Bug 755541] [NEW] /tmp busy on own partition - cannot be umounted during halt/reboot

Public bug reported:

Dear Team,

I have /tmp on a dedicated partition to avoid full filesystems/partitions and side effects.
During each shutdown/reboot from mythbuntu 10.10 with all patches/updates the
systems reports to not be able to unmount /tmp as it is busy.

It's more a cosmetic complain than a bug :-)

** Affects: mythbuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
