  Add support for QR codes for remotes

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Per a discussion in #mythbuntu-dev.

  We should add support for configuring an Android or iPhone remote via
  a Checkbox and QR code in MCC/ubiquity.  This would turn on the telnet
  service for mythfrontend and let the user install by scanning the QR
  code on their computer.
