[Bug 659660] [NEW] Add support for QR codes for remotes
Public bug reported:
Per a discussion in #mythbuntu-dev.
We should add support for configuring an Android or iPhone remote via a
Checkbox and QR code in MCC/ubiquity. This would turn on the telnet
service for mythfrontend and let the user install by scanning the QR
code on their computer.
