[Bug 1019828] [NEW] BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 28s! [ksoftirqd/0:3]

 

Public bug reported:

This problem started one minute after the leap second was inserted.  A
reboot cleared the issue.  I thought this issue had been fixed a while
back.
