[Bug 1243912] [NEW] EIT confused by New: title on UK Channel 5
Public bug reported:
This I hope will be an easy fix as it already resolved against 0.27 (see
here http://code.mythtv.org/trac/changeset/1255ccf/mythtv and here
http://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/11715)
Per the description, Channel 5 (and seemingly now the BBC too) have
started adding "New:" to show titles via DVB-S EIT. This means setting
a recording entry for "New: The Dog Rescuers" records a whole collection
of other shows that are also prefixed with "New:" such as "New:
Criminals: Caught On Camera" or "New: Unsafe Sex in the City".
Can such a fix be backported from 0.27 to 0.25 please?
Many thanks for looking at this report, and indeed for all the efforts
of you developers that make Mythbuntu the ultimate Freesat solution for
me at home and at work :-)
I am running 12.04 with latest (at time of writing) updates.
** Affects: mythbuntu
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
