Ubuntu release: 13.10 with Gnome shell

I tried to install through the software center.
I  had a crash, the i was proposed to make following:

[ sudo apt-get update ]

and then

[ sudo apt-get install -f ]

then I got this bug report.

I expected to solve the installation problem.
