Title:
No channel lock DVB-T after upgrade to 14.04.1

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  New

Bug description:
I run a mythtvsystem using DVB-T, card Hauppauge Nova-TD Stick
(dvb_usb_dib0700). This tuner has worked perfectly up to upgrade to
14.04.1 yesterday. The tuner initializes fine (relevant dmesg below).
After a reboot I get channel lock about one time. When I change
channel I get the message "You should have received channel lock by
now". Signal strength is 42%, S/N is 2,4 db and is also says (TL_s)
  Partial Lock.

Checking the mythbackend.log I find the following:
mythserver mythbackend: mythbackend[2325]: E DVBRead mpeg/mpegstreamdata.cpp:428 (CreatePATSingleProgram) MPEGStream[6](0x7f39d401f528): Desired program #5820 not found in PAT.#012#011#011#011Cannot create single program PAT.

  dmesg output
