  Default Storage Groups should be in /srv/mythtv instead of
  /var/lib/mythtv

Bug description:
  According to FHS, we should be using /srv for the type of data we are
  storing rather than /var/lib. /srv is not wiped on live cd upgrade, so
  it has no relevance to that bug
