Public bug reported:

I have used unity to set a color of my dash.

On the attached screenshot you see it is mostly transparent and does not
have any color but grey.

However, the volume popup is still green from my desktop background.

Not sure if this is a myunity bug for not setting the color in the
correct place, or if the notification is not reading the right color...
