  Functests: Convert amulet tests to Zaza

Status in Nagios Charm:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This charm does not have unit tests, and the current functional tests
  are too old to work. Amulet tests should be rewritten using the Zaza
  framework (as other LMA charms do).
